As CEO, Wendy leads the firm’s strategic direction and works to keep the organization focused on its vision and long-term goals. She feels privileged to work alongside a talented team, supporting their professional development and helping them build meaningful careers. She values the firm’s strong ties to the community and encourages team members to stay engaged and involved in the places they live and work.
After discovering her interest in accounting at Pella High School, Wendy worked part-time with the firm throughout college and joined full-time after graduating from Central College. She became a stockholder in 1989 and has been proud to help guide the firm’s continued growth while preserving the relationships and values that have defined it for generations.
