Mitch Thede is a client manager who genuinely enjoys helping people, tackling challenges, and building real connections with the clients he works with. He’s part of our Real Estate and Construction team, where he helps make sure clients get the right guidance, steady support, and a plan that actually fits what they’re dealing with in their world.
Mitch likes being at Welgaard because it gives him the chance to show up for clients in a meaningful way — combining his problem‑solving mindset with a team that’s just as committed to delivering thoughtful, high quality service.
