Lance’s primary focus is business and individual income tax planning and preparation, along with business consulting and planning. Since joining our firm in 2010, Lance has become a stockholder and has had the opportunity to work with a broad base of business and individual clients. When working with clients he enjoys helping to simplify the complex tax and accounting environment to help them understand their financial situation better, make informed decisions and focus on their strengths and interests. Lance’s goal is to partner with the firm’s clients to help them achieve their financial goals. He enjoys the office work environment and feels the Welgaard people really do care about each other and the clients.
